North Walsham Road, Scottow
Three Horse Shoes
This was a pub and closed in June 2011. The barn out the back was called Scottow Barn and held popular music events.
Nicky Walker was a solo entertainer back in the late 70's early 80's Nicky Walker performed every Sunday evening in the Barn working for landlord back then Peter Jillings and family, it was a gentle kind of family night with kids, met some nice people back in those times, they were good days. I know Saturday nights were all country & western bands, a lot of top bands came from all over as I think people did also. Other people who played there over the years include Froggie And The Band, Dumpys Rusty Nut, Raymond Froggat, The Cherrypickers, George Moody & The Squires, DJ Billy and DJ Andy.
