Fifier’s Lane student residences between 1965 and 1994.
One early evening in November 2004, we visited the new estate on the site of the old Horsham residences, winding our way round the tiny streets in the twilight feeling sad and disorientated when suddenly the empty windows of Z block loomed at us over the rooftops of the new houses like something out of a horror movie. A rush of odd emotions to find my old room window still there. These are probably some of the last photos ever taken of it.
Behind the bar 1978-9 with Rich Ward and Pete Leonard. I think we might have drunk as much as the customers!
